Welcome to Tower Family Credit Union!

We are always pleased when people visit our website. We hope that you find this site easy to use for information about our credit union and it's services as well as the home banking products.

Dear Members,

We will be closed on Thursday, June 30, 2011, to change data processors (computer systems).  You may experience some difficulty using your debit card or ATM card and will not be able to log into your home banking account that day.  This should all be temporary so please be patient and plan ahead for your cash needs that day. 

If you are a home banking user you will need to sign up for home banking again on July 1, 2011.  We will be posting a link to help you walk through the process and as always you can call us and we can assist you.

Please be patient with us for the first few weeks of July while we adjust to using the new system.  Thank you.

Service Center Members

Dear Member,

I am writing this letter to you since you are a frequent Credit Union Family Service Center user. In our previous newsletter we informed you that starting September 1, 2006, we would begin charging a usage fee for service centers. You will be allowed one free transaction per month and then will be charged $4 per transaction after that. Some business that you conduct while at service center may actually be considered more than one transaction and you would be charged more than $4 for that visit.

I would like to recommend or remind you of some options that are available so you may not need to use service center as frequently.

Direct deposit of your pay check, social security, pension or income tax refunds will eliminate the need to deposit or cash checks. If you have small miscellaneous checks you should consider mailing them, they will usually be here in a day or two.

Consider an atm or debit card. You can deposit checks at many atms as well as withdraw money. The debit card can be used at an atm or in the checkout lane at most stores. Many stores provide the option of cash back with your transaction for that pocket money you may need from time to time. Debit cards are also very convenient at the gas stations where you can pay at the pump and avoid impulse purchases.

Our new location will be 3302 Mindi Lane which may be more convenient for you than our current location and/or the service center on South Westnedge. Also, many of our members are not aware that our hours are Monday and Thursday 9 am to 5:30 pm and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9 am until 4 pm.

Use home banking! This can help you with account transfers, loan payments, account history, loan applications and withdrawals by check made out to you. This service may help eliminate a trip to the service center.
